Taglit (Discovery)

A Special Winter Term for Middle Schoolers

Each winter, middle school students and faculty break their routine to participate in Taglit (Discovery). This week long adventure in experiential learning allows students to spend more time with and dig more deeply into a favorite subject such as art, music, writing or to experience something new - field study oceanography, ghost hunting, or film making. PJA faculty draws on knowledge in their areas of interest, and they may surprise you with their talents! Several visiting faculty bring special expertise to PJA during this week.

Below you will find links to this past year's course descriptions. We offered something for everyone from deeper experiences in fine art to bread baking and Israeli culture. It was a wonderful week!
