Enrichment-Based Programming
& The Kidscorner Environment
We encourage children to become responsible, self-confident, independent, active explorers
and enthusiastic learners by stressing the process of learning and discovery through
developmentally as well as age-appropriate, activities that meet their interests. We offer:
- Unique weekly & monthly themes
- 6 well-equipped indoor activity centers:
a crafts & drawing center; a science discovery center; a library for reading & relaxing; a dramatic & imaginative play center; a board & table games center; and a building & construction center.
- Large outdoor play area & new play structure
- Homework Center opportunity Monday-Thursdays, 4:30-5:30PM
- Enrichment activities may include: arts & crafts, group games, science projects, cooking projects, language and culture study, community service, service-learning, conflict resolution skills, dramatic arts, music, computer lab, story time, and indoor games.
Kidscorner offers children a premier setting for learning to make good decisions, try out
new skills and make new friends.
